HSE MiningHSE Mining operate 7 large mobile fleets @ South Walker Creek Mine, due to expansion we are looking for a Maintenance Planner (Light Vehicles & Ancillary equipment) to join our Team. The RoleOur Maintenance Planners are responsible for ensuring the site has timely and complete maintenance schedules ensuring optimum usage and minimal down time over light vehicle and ancillary equipment life. Key aspects of this role include:Being the primary HSE contact for all subcontract repairers & service providers for light vehicle & ancillary equipmentMonitor & create maintenance schedules of machine hours, service estimates & component replacementCoordinate statutory inspections & ensure all maintenance work is in line with our SHMSEnsure purchase orders are raised for planning tasksInterpretation of oil analysis & condition monitoring reports for light vehicles & ancillary plant Track component history for light vehicle & ancillary plant budgetary reporting purposesMaintain an up to date record of machine statistics including service history, machine down times & cost inefficiencies HSE Mining are committed to safety, quality and efficiency and provide these fundamental elements to create the great culture we have in our workplace. Qualifications & RequirementsIn order to be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:Previous experience with CMMS use ideally AMTPrevious planning & scheduling experiencePrevious Maintenance experience on Light Vehicles & Ancillary equipment used in mining operations (desirable)In depth knowledge of plant & machinery within the mining environment, how to provide for consistent maintenance, planning & servicing practicesRelevant Trade or Degree in an associated disciplineCurrent open drivers’ licenceS 1 2 3 & G2 Benefits offered by HSE Mining:Stability our contract @ South Walker Creek runs through 20275:2 4:3 roster, long weekend every fortnight perfect for those living around MackayFull PPE Kit - including boots – providedAll accommodation & full meals providedEmployee assistance program (EAP) - for you and your family You will be committed to safety in the workplace and be committed to 100% Chain of Responsibility compliance.
