Working a 8:6 roster, departing from Perth you'll fly directly to Plutonic arriving within 90mins of departure. Once onsite you are accommodated in a well-established camp that boasts a substantial gym, squash courts, multipurpose court, pool, modern ensuite rooms, just to list some of the facilities.
The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent - Processing, the Maintenance Planner - Fixed Plant is responsible to ensure that all routine maintenance activities undertaken at the processing operations and associated surface infrastructure are correctly planned with (resources, parts, equipment and tooling) and sequenced/scheduled so that the work progresses on schedule in a safe, organised, timely and cost effective manner. This is to minimise downtime and to ensure targeted equipment reliability between planned maintenance tasks within the Operations.
The ideal candidates will have:
- Mechanical Trade Qualification.
- Current “C” Class Western Australian Drivers Licence.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years practical experience in a Fixed Plant, maintenance environment, preferably in mining/minerals processing.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with computer-based maintenance planning/scheduling.
- Technical qualification in Project Management/Maintenance Planning/Asset Management.
- Zero based budgeting principles.
- Computer literacy – Microsoft Office, MS Project, Pronto or similar CMMS.
- Awareness of the WHS act and Regulations.
