The role of Maintenance Scheduler, will be based offshore on a 3:3 roster. Responsible for planning and scheduling preventative maintenance. Working on a decommissioning scope for an offshore asset.
Key Responsibilities
Reviewing, planning and scheduling all recurring PM (preventive maintenance) activities
Development of an integrated maintenance work schedule for the maintenance area supervisor/leads (including PM, PDM, and nonemergency repair work orders).
Ensures completed schedules and work orders are returned promptly and that all completed work orders are filled out completely by the craftsman, maintenance supervisor, and authorized contractor representatives.
Reviews and identifies changes needed to PM program (based on activity results) and/or changes to equipment design and/or inventory management practices to optimize the overall maintenance process

Mechanical Trade or Engineering Qualification
Extensive working knowledge and experience with SAP PM or other CMMS Systems.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels.
