RUC Mining currently has an opportunity for a Maintenance Superintendent to join our Tanami Shaft Project.
We pay for flights from any capital city in Australia
15/13 roster 15 Shifts on and 13 off (days and nights)
- Development of maintenance plans for the equipment fleet
- Hands on position
- Liaise with maintenance personnel to ensure that preventative maintenance is completed on schedule and equipment repair requirements are communicated
- Monitor equipment availability and recommend intervention when availability falls below required levels
- Liaise with other project staff and employees to achieve high standards of care and due diligence
- Ensure that lost time due to unplanned stoppages is minimised through immediate breakdown response and proper maintenance planning
- Support the Project Manager in the development of weekly and daily schedules.
- Maintain maintenance facilities to a high standard of cleanliness, function and presentation
- Ensure that mechanical maintenance personnel receive the coaching required to support their respective accountabilities
Tickets and Licences Required:
- Certificate III or higher in Diesel Mechanic or Mobile Plant Technology
- Valid Manual Australian Driver's Licence
- Able to provide National Police Clearance (within 6 months of commencement)
- Working Safely at Heights
- White Card
- Hold current Provide First Aid or ability to complete the course
- Pass a pre employment medical
