AddressOur client is a successful privately owned business who are local to the Mudgee region. Their core business is tending to the upkeep of mining & earthmoving equipment. As the supervisor you will be responsible for supervising a team and running operations on site.
Your knowledge of mining equipment and the components + experience supervising workgroups on mine sites will ensure that you are successful in the role and that the client can continue to provide a superior level of service to their customers.
Skills and experience required:
- Diesel Fitter trade qualification or other closely related mechanical trade.
- S1, S2, S3 qualification would be highly regarded.
- Current Order 43 medical, or able to obtain.
- Previous experience as a leading hand or Maintenance Supervisor on an operating mine site
- Excellent ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders like site-based maintenance and production teams.
- Ability to provide clear directions and supervise your team to complete the work safely.
- Permanent position on a Monday to Friday roster.
- Company supplied mine spec vehicle.
