Maintenance Supervisor

Bluestone is partnered with a Residential/Commercial Building & Maintenance business to recruit a Supervisor to the business. 
In this role you will be working on major government/social housing projects providing maintenance, upgrades and rectification works across Victoria. 

The Role:

• Comfortably manage the delivery of varied projects, including time, quality and cost.
• Understanding of when SWMS / Risk Assessments are required
• Ensure works are scheduled efficiently with both internal and external trades
• Approving trade/suppliers’ invoices on a daily basis, following up any discrepancies
• Undertake quality checks, client walkthrough and sign-off

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Experience working in maintenance within the residential sector
• Trade Qualified (Ideal) 
• Experience with detailed scheduling, estimating and job coordination
• Great interpersonal, communication, time management and problem-solving skills
• Likes a fast paced environment, ability to multi task
