We are excited to offer the role of Maintenance Supervisor at our Packaging Facility in Warriewood, NSW.
Leading our onsite maintenance team, responsible for the efficient running of all equipment in our packaging facility. The team is split over 2 shifts; day and afternoon, with the option to add a third shift when needed. You will lead a high-performing team of fitters and electricians, planning preventative maintenance, manage 3rd party contractors, prepare for audits and also being hands-on, getting ‘on the tools’ when required.

Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and oversee all maintenance activities planned & unplanned for production equipment
- Manage maintenance issues escalated from production shift supervisors and/or fitters which require input from external resources.
- Manage external resources required to perform unscheduled breakdown maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment.
- Asses possibilities to implement predictive maintenance measurements such as vibration, temperature and or power monitoring to predict future component failures and prevent them
- Lead and champion the Reliability pillar of World Class Operations program
- Identify and lead continuous improvement projects
Who are you?
- A team leader within a manufacturing maintenance function, ideally from within consumer goods (food and health preferred)
- Strong leadership capabilities, seen as a coach and mentor
- Electrical trade qualifications
