About you:
- Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in supervisory role
- Cert III in Front Line Management highly desirable
- Committed to safety, problem solving & working part of a team.
Your role will include but not limited to:
- Follow scheduled maintenance programs for fleet plant and equipment
- Ensure maintenance plans and schedules followed to meet company objectives and requirements
- Assist to improve and develop and improve workshop performance and increase reliability
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of maintenance activities
- Coordinate provision of contract resources and scope documentation to complete maintenance planned work
- Motivate, coordinate and train employees to facilitate safe, competent and effective fleet maintenance
- Manage and maintain our comprehensive electronic maintenance fleet management record system to ensure all data entry is accurate, up to date and reflecting correct information on our systems.
