The Role:
We are seeking a talented Maintenance System Specialist to join our team.
As a Maintenance System Specialist, you will play a crucial role in further developing, and enhancing our Maintenance System. You will be responsible for the customisation, implementation, and integration our new computerised maintenance management system (CMMS), to improve efficiency and reliability.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise to revolutionise our maintenance practices and contribute to our company's success.
The position is based in Adelaide SA on a 6 Month Contract, with FIFO/Interstate field work as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand maintenance requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop and refine maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to minimise downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Ensure companies maintenance practices reflect OEM and current industry standards.
- Lead the setup, customisation, and implementation of the CMMS to support maintenance practices, activities, and workflows.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users on Maintenance System functionalities and best practices.
- Configure CMMS dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into maintenance performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Your Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in resource, construction or civil industry
- Hands-on experience with computerised Maintenance Systems (CMMS) such as Pronto, MEX, SAP, including customisation, integration and implementation
- Strong understanding of maintenance best practices and industry standards (e.g. NHVAS)
- Self-motivated, highly discipline with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Mechanical aptitude with experience working on a wide variety of plant and equipment types (highly desired)
- Proficient computer skills - MS Office, email
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments
- A positive attitude and be a team player
