Key Responsibilities:

• Excel in new and used equipment sales, surpassing targets with precision.
• Design and execute transformative sales strategies tailored for the construction & quarry industries.
• Establish yourself as the trusted advisor for our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction at every turn.
• Unearth nuanced client needs, tailoring solutions that exceed expectations.
• Master the art of negotiation, securing mutually beneficial agreements that elevate both parties.
• Keep a vigilant eye on key metrics, analysing them to spot growth avenues.
• Develop and grow opportunities for Rental Equipment Sales into the quarry and construction business.
• Execute sales and business development strategies for the quarry industry and assigned key accounts

Location: Campbellfield, VIC or Pakenham, VIC
