Your new role awaits As a Coates Major Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to generate a pipeline of business opportunities that will drive revenue growth. Understanding your key stakeholder’s needs and the market in which they operate is crucial to successfully delivering mutually beneficial outcomes and maintaining valuable relationships. This role is based out of Moorebank and will be responsible for a network across Sydney Metro
- Identify and implement strategic initiatives for new sales growth opportunities.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with new and existing stakeholders.
- Continuously research target markets and advise accordingly of risk and opportunity.
- Work with internal business teams to develop and deliver strategic plans.
- Persistently pursue all business and sales leads and opportunities
About you To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a similar senior Major Account Management position
- Experience within the mining, industrial services, construction, or machinery sales sector would be beneficial.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Commercial negotiation skills, with evidence of having applied critical thinking.
- Persuasive influencing and negotiation skills and strategic planning
