Job Summary:

We are seeking a Managed Services Officer to provide onsite or remote support to clients in resolving complex IT incidents and service requests. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in building and deploying laptops, application support, Office 365, SCCM, Intune, and an understanding of ITIL processes.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of building and deploying laptops

- Experience with application support

- Proficiency in Office 365 administration

- Familiarity with SCCM and Intune

- Understanding of ITIL processes

Responsibilities:

- Provide onsite or remote support to clients in resolving complex IT incidents

- Assist with building and deploying laptops for client engagements

- Provide application support for various software applications

- Administer Office 365 accounts for clients as needed

- Utilize SCCM and Intune for device management tasks

- Follow ITIL processes to ensure efficient service delivery

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent are a plus

-Level 1/2 Skills (Building and deploying laptops/application support/0365/SCCM/intune) is required
