What you’ll be doing…
As the Management Accountant, you'll lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting while providing strategic recommendations.
Some of your responsibilities include business partnering for Homecare and Disability Services, navigating regulations like the Aged Care Act and National Disability Insurance Scheme, budgeting and forecasting for various services, managing financial data, and resolving queries efficiently.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong finance background, impeccable analytical skills, and attention to detail.

What you will need…
- A degree qualified in Accounting
- CA/CPA qualified or studying towards it
- Ability to develop and review processes for improvement, with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience in power BI and ERP System
- A strong customer service ethic and person-centred approach
- Good computer literacy and capability, including being proficient in a range of systems including the accounting system, Care Management system, Microsoft Office - particularly Excel & Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, quality, accuracy, numeracy, and presentation skills
