Michael Page are thrilled to be partnering with a Manufacturing/Production company in Perth's Eastern Suburbs in their search for an immediate start Management Accountant for a 6 month temporary contract.
Description
- Fulfil month end responsibilities - preparation and analysis of monthly reports, detailing the performance of individual business units.
- Monthly Profit & Loss statement preparation and analysis.
- Participate in advancing processes, systems, and controls for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with operational and financial units to ensure timely and accurate control of project expenses.
- Support the Accounts Payable function, including review and coding of purchase orders, supplier invoices and accruals.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
Profile
- CA/CPA qualified (or similar international qualification).
- 3+ years' experience working in financial/management accounting role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trusted business relationships.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders such as commercial teams, operation teams and senior management.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and principles.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver accurate outcomes efficiently.
- Exposure to large ERP systems will be highly regarded.
