Role Overview: Zeal Futures is seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in business analysis and business partnering. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning and analysis, contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive management reports, including budgets and forecasts.
- Assist in the preparation of papers for two boards and an ARC.
- Create and refine pricing models and conduct business case analysis.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with various departments to support financial planning and business strategy.
- CA or CPA qualification or be near completion.
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in commercial accounting, with a focus on management accounting, business analysis, or business partnering.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and strong systems skills.
- Experience with Power BI is advantageous but not essential.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- A genuinely flexible work environment with hybrid working options (2 days from home).
