As a Senior Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the financial planning and strategic decision-making processes of our organization. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, monitoring budgets, and providing insightful recommendations to senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, budget vs. actual analysis, and variance reports.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide accurate forecasts, identifying trends and key insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop annual budgets, cost control measures, and financial plans to ensure the achievement of organizational objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, highlighting areas of concern or improvement opportunities.
- Conduct regular reviews of financial processes and procedures, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions for streamlining operations.
- Assist in the coordination of audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior members of the finance team, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
