Join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of an innovative FMCG company.Responsibilities:· Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.· Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.· Conduct variance analysis and identify key financial trends and insights.· Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and drive cost efficiencies.· Provide financial guidance and support to management, contributing to business growth and profitability.· Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.Your Skills & Experience

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
• CPA or CA qualified or working towards your qualification.
• At least 5 years' experience in accounting/analytical experience.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to the broad audience.
• Strong presentation and storyboarding skills
