Management Consultant

As a Management Consultant you will contribute to the growth of Properway Consulting by supporting the successful delivery of client work as maximize revenue, enhance product quality or achieve heightened employee productivity. Your responsibilities include:

• Review expenditure reports, revenue data, and employee reports.
• Propose alternatives to the current state.
• Suggest new methods, systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
• Present recommendations through in-person meetings or written reports.
• Observe company operations to identify necessary changes in employees, equipment, and processes.
• Assess and recommend training options as needed.
• Collect and organize information related to problem-solving or process improvement.
• Engage with management to discuss, provide feedback, and ensure successful implementation of recommended changes.

Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in strategic thinking, consulting, project management, and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability in networking, negotiation, strategic planning, and market analysis.
• A track record of achieving high client satisfaction and contributing to business growth.

Background
• Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. 
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin. 
• Advanced English writing skill is a must.
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Management Consultant is a must.
• Must have knowledge of digital transformation and strategic program delivery, focusing on operational efficiency, project management, and client-focused innovation.
