AddressManagement Consultant - $90,000 – $135,000 per year
Why are we looking for you?
We need some more amazing people to join our growing team! We’re looking for a forward-thinker adept at analysing complex business environments to support transformation initiatives across Government. Based here in Canberra, this role includes (but is not limited to) collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights to re-shape how organisations operate (including through strategy development and operating model design), solving problems, and implementing innovative solutions.
What can you bring to the role?
First and foremost, you bring a curiosity and willingness to learn; you are proactive in bringing ideas and solving problems; and you value authenticity and working collaboratively.
In addition, we’d love it if you bring a blend of strategic acumen, operational expertise, and exceptional communication skills. Ideally you have at least 3 years general consulting experience within a professional services firm (one of the big ones) and have used structured problem-solving approaches or frameworks while delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
You will have experience in understanding what drives change in an organisation and the various levers available when designing and implementing an operating model to achieve sustained high performance. You are an influential communicator who has humility backed with some project delivery experience using Prince2/Agile, Scrum/SAFe or similar.
Whatever the challenge, you can confidently add value to a blended team environment as a seasoned consultant, while thriving in ambiguity and a working with complexity.
Oh, and you also have a baseline clearance (or higher) and live (or are willing to relocate) to the great city of Canberra!
It would be preferred if you also bring:
- Tier 1 consulting firm experience
- Tertiary qualification
- ICT transformation experience
