As a Management Consultant specializing in franchise expansion, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding our strategic growth initiatives and ensuring the continued success of our franchise network.
We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant to join our team and drive the expansion of our pizza restaurant franchise chain. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in franchise management and business development to identify new growth opportunities, evaluate potential franchisees, and support the successful establishment of new locations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify target markets and evaluate the viability of new franchise locations.
- Developing comprehensive business plans and financial projections for potential franchise opportunities, taking into account factors such as market demand, competition, and operational costs.
- Providing guidance and support to franchise owners and prospective franchisees throughout the franchise development process, including site selection, lease negotiation, and store design.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with franchise agreements, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting training programs and workshops for franchise owners and their teams to ensure alignment with company standards and best practices.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of existing franchise locations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive profitability and growth.
- Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in franchise management and business development.
- Work according to health safety policy and guidelines
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in franchise management, business development, or consulting, preferably in the food service industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and financial reports to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with franchise owners, prospective franchisees, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of franchise regulations, contract law, and industry standards.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support franchise development activities.
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $90,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week (full-time position).
