This position centres on promoting a selection of ‘must have’ products essential for commercial buildings, often becoming the top choice through their reputation. Our client has experienced consistent growth in the ANZ region and boasts a loyal and dedicated customer base.
The role
Due to this growth, they are now looking to expand the team to further increase their market share. Upon joining the team your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain relationships with current and prospective clients through effective territory call planning and account management.
- Proactively identify and sell direct to project opportunities with end users and contractors, builders etc.
- Achieve budgeted sales revenue, meeting product and territory segment targets.
- Regularly analyse the industry landscape, gather market intelligence and competitor activities to the business.
- Familiarize customers with the full product and service offering.
- Efficiently follow up on quotations, optimizing conversations to sales orders.
Skills and experience needed
- Proven Account Management sales experience in previous role
- Strong business acumen and commercial understanding
- Demonstrated experience in building on customer relationships, converting and increasing sales.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented individual
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build longstanding relationships, negotiate and influence.
Salary Expectations
$80,000 - $100,000 + Super + Company Car + Commission
