Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and test payroll systems to meet client needs.
- Provide ongoing support and technical expertise on Employment Hero’s payroll platform.
- Maintain attention to detail throughout the Payroll Implementation process.
- Be trained on the backend of Employment Hero and contribute to the technical "build" of the system, ensuring it aligns with client specifications.
- Contribute to building modern award and custom EBA interpretation rules via Employment Hero's inbuilt rule engine.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in our business management systems (e.g., Karbon, project tracker).

- Implementation Experience: Previous experience with Employment Hero or implementing payroll systems is a plus but not required.
