Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor & Barista - Hendra

Zarraffa's Coffee new Hendra store have positions available for a Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor & Barista to join their enthusiastic team.

Barista responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service
• Cashing Orders
• Making Coffee

Supervisors responsibilities may also include the below tasks:

• Reconcile till
• Supervise fellow staff
• Stock control
• Responding to customer feedback
• Food assembly responsibilities
• Responsible for open & closing of store

Managers and Assistant Managers responsibilities may also include:

• Assist in managing team administration i.e. rosters
• Call and chair team member meetings as required
• Assist in conducting team evaluations

As a Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor you are expected to be highly professional, dynamic, organised, motivated and take "ownership" of successful stores. You should be disciplined and prepared to lead a hard working team by example, in a very fast paced work environment.  You must be capable of following through with staff development, be proactive in store marketing, have excellent communication skills and be responsible for the growth of the store. Full training and support will be provided and you will be reporting to the Manager/Franchisees.

The positions available are full time, part time and casual. Seven day flexibility is required for the positions including early morning opens and late-night closes.

1-2 years of barista experience is required.
