**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise cafe staff to maintain excellent standards of service
- Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a barista and in cafe management
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and coffee brewing techniques
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
