Job description
The right candidate must have the following skills and attributes:- Minimum 1-3 years Barista experience (Advantageous if you are experienced with Campos coffee)
- Ability to make hot and cold coffee drinks and follow recipes
- Proven barista skills with fast-paced, high volume coffee making
- Some experience in creating latte arts.
- Ability to complete other responsibilities around the cafe
- Communication skills: excellent communication expertise to engage with our amazing customers
- Excellent customer service standards to engaging local community customer base.
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- The ability to maintain a clean workspace at all times
- Team Player: Collaborate with our fantastic team
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Monday to Friday shifts totalling 40 hours a week (Other shifts maybe available)
- Full-time and part-time positions are available
- Full working rights within Australia
