We currently employ 340 people, provide services from 25 locations and are continuing to grow. About the position The Manager, Business Growth & Development, plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our fee-for-service mental health programs, general practice clinics, and other commercial operations. With a focus on leveraging strong commercial acumen, this role involves developing leads for staff recruitment, promoting services, expanding existing program operations, and spearheading the development of new fee-for-service health products. The position is offered full or part time, based in Wollongong, Shellharbour or Nowra. The position is fixed term until 30 June 2025 with possibility of extension.
