You will be responsible for the Administration Services to APRA regulated superannuation clients inline with contractual obligations as a material outsourced provider, in addition to ensuring the Administration Services are accurate, complete and are delivered in compliance with relevant regulations, policies and standards. You will be representing the superannuation administration offering in relation to new business and growth opportunities.
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
Direct and manage the day-to-day running of the superannuation administration teams providing technical and functional guidance to ensure the team output is inline with obligations.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements related to the administration of superannuation funds.
Monitor and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce the cost to serve and drive client satisfaction.
Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to direct reports and the superannuation administration teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism and continuous improvement.
Maintain a deep understanding of each Fund’s features including the implementation and application of procedures and process controls.
Manage the internal and external risk environment related to the administration service. Support audits of the administration service.
Work with each client to ensure that contracted deliverables and related services are delivered within service level standards.
Prepare and contribute to reports for client funds and internally to the management team on the status and adherence to relevant service level.
Manage external engagements with service providers.
What you will bring:
Over 5 years experience in leading and managing teams in a fund administration environment or similar industry.
Formal qualifications in superannuation or related industry.
Degree qualified in a business related field is preferred.
Practical experience with superannuation technology systems including a good understanding of the software development lifecycle. Experience in Acurity will be highly regarded.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams to be outcome orientated.
Strong analytical and numeracy skills, strong investigative and problem solving capabilities.
Ability to build client and service related relationships. Capability to develop a network of strong internal relationships.
Effective communicator with the ability to convey complex ideas.
