About the role
A key part of the Home Care (Aged Care Services) team, this role will provide quality oversight, risk management and both clinical and non-clinical guidance to our team in line with relevant legislation and the Aged Care Quality Standards. This role is instrumental in ensuring a safe and personalised care environment for our clients; proactively driving continuous improvement; and championing quality for Home Care.
About you
In addition to having experience in health care and quality management, you will have:
- An understanding of clinical governance best practice
- Experience and knowledge in clinical risk and internal auditing
- Demonstrated understanding of incident investigation and management, and broad risk management principles
- Well developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive clinical improvement projects
- Ability to interpret data, analyse trends and prioritise risks
- Ability to collaborate and develop action plans for service improvement initiatives
- Experience managing systems relating to clinical care and service delivery, Quality and Risk
- Relevant clinical or allied heath background
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
