Our company supplies leading Victorian restaurants and catering companies with fresh meat and smallgoods. We take great pride in the quality of our products and services. Tasks & Responsibilities
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Data Entry of Customer & Purchase Orders
- Purchasing / Docket Reconciliation
- Accounts Receivables management
- Assisting Sales Reps & Management Team
- Filing & general administrative duties
- Maintenance of office consumables and general goods required for the smooth operation the company
Qualifications & Experience
- Have good time management skills
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office, Word & Excel
- Good data entry skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in MYOB (AccountRight) essential
- Ability to work in a busy environment and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills
- Able to communicate well and be able to think on your feet
- Strong work ethic is essential
- Minimum 5 years experience required in Admin position
- Salary is dependent on your experience and qualifications
- Must be permanent resident of Australia
This position can be arrange as a full-time or ¾ time position if required.
