Donut Bouquet Canberra is seeking an outgoing, adept, problem-solving manager to lead operations.
You must:
- Work very well under pressure and in tight time frames.
- Making all orders from 7am and have orders ready for delivery drivers
- Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality
- Handle customer complaints and queries when necessary
- Assume responsibility of budgeting and monitoring expenses
- Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards
- Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently
- Proven experience as hospitality manager
- Hands-on experience in customer service
- Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices
- Knowledge of quality standards
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving aptitude.
The average day begins at 7am and finishes at approx. 2-3pm.
Your role would be to make all orders, reply to all customer queries quickly, organise delivery driver run sheets and quality check all products.
