- Minimum of 5 years of solid and continuous experience as a professional Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with composure and professionalism
- Reliable, resilient under pressure, and adept at managing stakeholder relationships at all organisational levels
