Are you a highly ethical and principled individual with a strong background in compliance and integrity management? We are looking for a dedicated Manager Ethicsto join our team and lead our Department in upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
About the role
As the Manger Ethics, your role will lead and manage the review and improvement of the Department’s ethical related frameworks and controls. This will include advising on fraud control planning and control and conducting assessments and investigations in a professional manner in accordance with legislative requirements, natural justice principles and related organisational policies and procedures.
You will be the central point of contact to senior managers and staff to ensure compliance within the ethical conduct framework. Your role is also key in leading your team to ensure they are confident in responding to complaints of suspected fraud or corrupt conduct, including investigations and referring matters to investigation bodies when required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in ethics and integrity management, including conducting investigations and developing compliance programs. You will also have a deep understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to ethics, integrity, and corporate governance.
This role also requires you to have strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus. You must have high ethical standards, integrity and a commitment to fostering a culture of honesty and transparency.
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated experience in corporate governance, risk management or another field relevant to the role.
