About the role:
Working with a small but dynamic team, The Manager Field Operations APAC is responsible for the execution of field deployment activities, including the establishment of the Humanihut Field Infrastructure System (HFIS) for the Asia Pacific region. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to explore and map-out practical planning solutions and your problem-solving abilities will ensure the HFIS is delivered to its location, on time, and to client expectation. You will assist with costing projections, be capable of identifying regulatory or legislative compliance issues, and investigate mitigation solutions. With oversight for the management of Field Operations staff across two locations (Murray Bridge and Mount Barker), you will ensure your team hold the appropriate qualifications and competencies to maintain a balanced skillset.
About you:
- Minimum 2-years’ experience in a Project Management or Management role (essential).
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, or other related discipline (desirable).
- Relevant trade qualification (desirable).
- Holding the core values of integrity and respect.
- The ability to quickly acquire practical knowledge of the Humanihut Field Infrastructure Systems - fleet capability, operational deployment conditions and environmental limitations.
- A demonstrated ability to communicate clearly (both written and orally) to present a proposal or idea to support a planning concept.
- Demonstrated ability to form cohesive teams and experience in managing staff.
- A ‘can-do’ attitude that is role modelled to your team.
- A demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and achieve high performance goals in accordance with a scheduled timeline.
