Job Description Monthly revenue recognition and raising Invoices including revenue assurance. Debtor Management Various payments Vendor, Payroll, foreign payments statutory dues VIZ: PF, TDS, WCT, GST. All accounts receivables-related functions including GST as well as TDS reconciliations [Govt website vs books]. E-invoicing and credit management. Revenue reconciliation between numbers reported by various entities and statutory books. Managing Banks and co-ordination with banks for various issues. Revenue and balance reconciliation with respective Hotels and query resolution with regards to this. Periodic [Daily/Weekly/Monthly/half yearly] cash flow reporting to various stakeholders. All Intercompany reconciliation and confirmation. Providing Debtor Ageing to Management and respective hotels.
Qualifications CA qualification. 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a corporate setup preferably from the hotel industry Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Excel , Sun System knowledge will be an added advantage. Excellent knowledge of accounting procedures & principles [IndAS115 in particular]. Working knowledge of banking and treasury and forex payment-related laws. Working knowledge of Income Tax and GST laws and books vs Tax Reconciliations
