We are a leading national professional services firm seeking a talented Forensic Manager with investigations experience to join our dynamic Forensic team based in Melbourne.
Our Forensic team deals with ever-changing business and regulatory environments. We work with organisations to prevent and respond to allegations of inappropriate behaviour, misconduct, fraud and financial crime, as well as deal with commercial disputes and potential.

- Work closely with senior team leaders and partners in the delivery of a range of forensic and advisory assignments, with a focus on forensic investigations.
- Examine processes, policies, financial systems and internal control environments associated with a full range of financial functions that may form part of forensic investigations.
- Carry out or assist with interviews of persons of interest, client stakeholders and other to assist with the outcome of investigations
- Analyse financial statements and other accounting information, including reconciliation with various data sources.
- Investigate anomalous transactions, events, accounting entries, and behaviour through evidence analysis, including electronic data capture..
- Document transactions, funds flows, and relationships between individuals and entities.
- Construct financial models to support calculations and forecasts using different variables.
- Preparing Forensic investigation and independent expert and reports.
- Manage commercial aspects of engagements, assisting in budgeting process, managing WIP to budgeting and client invoicing
- Strengthen client relations through consistently providing excellent client service.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, commerce or related field.
- Completed, studying toward or have an interest in completing your Chartered Accountant qualification (or equivalent).
- Ideally 3 + years' experience in an accounting, internal audit, risk, compliance, enforcement or similar Forensic role ideally within a professional service environment.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, capable of distilling and explaining complex information and relating to key concepts.
- Have sound business and commercial acumen.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially and tactfully.
