With a relationship of over 10 years with this client, it is my pleasure to assist them in finding a new Case Manager.
Ideally you will be an experienced Case Manager, however we are also open to training you up if you do have any accident and illness claims experience.

Managing a portfolio of claims, and within a team of 5, plus Claims Assistants to support you, your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and determining provisional and ongoing liability on claims;
- Coordinating services including medical treatments, recovery, return to work, dispute management and legal matters;
- Maintaining regular and appropriate contact with all parties to determine the injured/ill claimant's progress and possible barriers to progress, or any risks of delayed return to work, recovery and finalisation;
- Regularly reviewing all aspects of the claim, including service provision, appropriate treatment, and adherence to protocols and guidelines;
- Maintaining accurate files and ensuring deadlines are met;
- Dealing with recoveries;
- Authorising payments; and
- Answering telephone calls and assisting clients with general and claim related inquiries.

To be considered for this position, we are seeking:
- Accident and illness claims experience at Claims Assistant, or Case Manager level. We are happy to start you off with a smaller portfolio if need be;
- A passion for team-work and service. This is a team of really genuine and supportive individuals, who provide exceptional service;
- Professional communication skills both written and verbal; and
- The ability to work in the office full time. This is not a hybrid role.
