I am currently partnered with a number of established businesses across Brisbane who are seeking a HR Officer / Administrator on a contract basis, ranging from 4 weeks - 6 months.
The Roles
You will work to support a close-knit HR function who pride themselves on service delivery, focussing on collaboration and continuous improvement. In these roles, you will be:
- The first point of contact for all HR queries, assisting where you can or delegating;
- Coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews;
- Conducting reference checks;
- Drafting employment contracts and letters of offer;
- Processing changes of conditions and employee movements;
- Managing the HRIS; and
- Providing ad-hoc assistance with HR projects.
About You
To be successful in these roles, you will come from a junior HR background or a strong administrative background with a desire to immerse yourself in the world of HR! Additionally, you will have:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- A service delivery approach; and
- Valid Australian working rights for the duration of the contract.
