About the Role
Hastings Deering is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Manager to join our award-winning team in our Brisbane head office in Archerfield. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role which will manage the development and implementation of our health and wellbeing management systems as well as lead a small team of medical professionals.
As a Health and Wellbeing Manager, you will:
- Provide leadership and management of the health function
- Oversee and lead the development and ongoing management of the health management systems, tools and resources
- Manage the health budget, which will include monthly reports to the General Manager of Health, Safety and Sustainability.

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Tertiary qualified in related field
- Relevant experience in safety, sustainability, injury management as well as a focus in the mental health area
- Experience in managing OHS management systems in diverse, multi-national industries and business
- Extensive knowledge of current safety legislations
- Experience in managing teams
