Form of work The role Reporting to the State Director of Health Information Management, Healthcare Purchasing and Funding Branch, you will spearhead efforts to grow, enhance, and stabilise the Health Information Management and Clinical Coding professions within Queensland Health. Your role involves meticulous project planning, applying effective project management techniques, methodologies, and tools to ensure well-documented approaches for benefits realisation, risk management, and high-quality project outcomes. Investigating opportunities for workforce training to enhance capabilities.You will work closely with industry partners, such as the tertiary sector, ITOs, and Professional Associations, to advance the workforce and define a pipeline of job-ready workers. Your strategic engagement and maintenance of strong professional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders will be instrumental in driving positive outcomes in workforce initiatives.
