We are looking for an Income Tax Return preparer to fill the role of Office Manager in our Albany office. You will be responsible for providing coaching and mentoring to team members in your office to deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will also be assisting clients with their tax preparation needs yourself and developing strong client relationships.
Your journey with us:
You will complete our intensive 9-week Income Tax Course and pre-season in office training ready to commence providing services to clients in your local community in July.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in dealing with clients
- Willingness to undertake the H&R Block intensive 9-week Income Tax course prior to tax season
- Good analytical skills
- Computer and office skills
- Great with people
- Committed to providing the best service to our clients.
- Great at communicating and explaining concepts.
Previous experience managing staff is not required – we will give you the support and training you need to get into management.
