At AnglicareSA, we're seeking a passionate Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) to join our growing high-performing team. You'll champion our L&D function, partner with stakeholders in Residential Aged Care, and design & deliver impactful learning experiences that empower our people to thrive.

In this role, you'll:
- Lead the design and delivery of compliance training to improve learning outcomes in Residential Aged Care
- Become a trusted advisor, collaborating with leaders in Aged Care to identify & address learning needs.
- Shape the future of L&D by developing & implementing strategic plans & innovative programs.
- Craft engaging learning journeys, encompassing face-to-face, blended, and eLearning experiences.
- Be a tech champion, leveraging technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Become a change navigator, proactively seeking opportunities to support leaders & teams through cultural shifts.
- Has 2-3 years of experience in an L&D management role and a proven track record of success.
- Holds a Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment.
- Possesses exceptional leadership skills, inspiring & motivating a team.
- Has experience developing & delivering contemporary & engaging L&D programs.
- Excels at building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple priorities effectively.
- Is vaccinated for COVID-19 and influenza (or willing to obtain)
