AddressThis 12 month fixed term contract opportunity is responsible for the design and delivery of high-quality organisational learning to meet the needs of our people, which is aligned to the TAL business strategy and TAL capability framework.
The role forms part of the Learning and Development leadership team and supports to enable and deliver on the Claims L&D strategy. Working across the Claims Learning & Development team the role collaborates with the team to deliver on Claims Learning Programs.
The role supports the Claims Learning and Development team in managing and delivering on multiple concurrent Learning and Development programs. Managing Learning and Development Governance, Compliance and Quality Frameworks supporting TAL Claims in meeting our regulatory requirements and agreed commitments.
The role provides exceptional capability to bring TAL’s Programs and learning solutions to life through a team of talented learning professionals in a fast-paced business and industry. The role will ensure that members of the TAL Claims teams (Group & Individual Life) and key partners receive adequate support to enable them to fully contribute to the team’s success
