About the role:The Manager, Local
Services Commissioning and Performance Management will hold accountability for the establishment of
Local Services in line with the intent of the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System and will lead a small team to coordinate and lead responses to new and emerging issues and risks relating to
Local Services.The role involves developing effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders including Health Services and NGO and a range of program and policy areas within the department.The successful applicant will demonstrate sound leadership and people management skills, as well as an ability to influence others to maximise efficiency and effectiveness of the Victorian health workforces and improve outcomes for Victorians.

- Tertiary qualification in health or a related field is desirable
