You are an AHPRA registered Physiotherapist, with strong leadership experience, who is seeking a true leadership opportunity to bring your skills and qualities to this dynamic full time, manager role.
Bring your passion for community aged care and your abilities to lead your team in the Metro Southwest, Peel, Albany and Country Southwest areas. . Working between our office at Osborne Park (also open to Busselton, Bunbury or Albany) and from home, you will guide your team in promoting a multidisciplinary approach to best care.

Key Responsibilities
Working collaboratively with the Head of Department, you will lead and manage teams comprising of nursing, therapy assistants and Allied Health professionals. Promoting a positive culture, innovation and a multidisciplinary approach, you shall ensure quality outcomes for staff, clients and carers while actively developing and maintaining internal and external relationships, adhering to Silverchain policies and National Aged Care Standards.
About you
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency with demonstrated high level clinical skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to lead, empower, motivate and mentor a multidisciplinary team to drive positive client outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in change management.
- Well-developed communication (verbal, written and listening) and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, carers, families and direct care employees
- Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills to innovatively manage the provision of quality client care
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills to effectively plan and prioritise work tasks and manage delegation.
- A demonstrated understanding of aged, community and health care to effectively manage service operations within a competitive and growing industry.
