We are looking for Service and Aftersales Manager, located on-site at Pakenham VIC 3810
The Service Manager role involves leading a team of Service technicians in the field and subcontractors when required, optimising resources, ensuring financial performance meets targets, and driving other initiatives. The Service Manager is critical in maintaining high-quality service delivery while fostering positive customer relationships.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be willing to travel. Our customers are located throughout Australia, so on occasion you may be required to meet customers, support the field technician, or attend Bus Industry show’s representing Irizar.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment to achieve common goals.
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely with team members, customers, and stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and effective collaboration.
- Possess strong organisational abilities, enabling efficient management of tasks, resources, and time.
- Familiarity with service processes and willing to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- You need to be willing to undertake administrative tasks while we explore system solutions and automation. You will play a key roll in the selection and roll-out of what we do.
- Australian Driver’s License and a citizen or permanent resident of Australia, with full working rights
- Experience in the bus or truck industry, you may have been in a similar role or ready for the next step in your career
Desirable skills:
- Trade experience with commercial vehicles such as buses, trucks and light commercial vehicles
- Heavy Rigid License
