W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a Manager on Duty. In this role you will manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards, and expectations of guests are met on a daily basis. Responsibilities include:
- Handles complaints, settles disputes, and resolves grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiates with others.
- Supervises talent levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.
- Understands the impact of department's operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives and manages to achieve or exceed goals.
- Supervises all areas of the Welcome Department in the absence of the Welcome Manager.
