Your role will be to support our Specialist Physicians and Surgeons with second to none admin support. You will report to the Practice Manager.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Running of busy clinics
- Checking in patients
- Updating records, scanning and importing medical records
- Billing, debt chasing (including liaising with Medicare and Health Funds)
- Manage phone calls and other administrative duties
Skills & experience:
- Previous Medical Reception experience is essential
- You need to be able to work well within a team as well as independently
- Must be willing to travel to multiple sites
- Have your own reliable transport
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and show initiative
- Confident liaising with Specialist Doctors
- High attention to detail
