- Guide and develop an understanding of Public Health Services (PHS) changing priorities, services and programs across Public Health Services (PHS) and with external stakeholders.
- Establish, develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of government, University of Tasmania (UTAS) and the community sector.
- Work with PHS staff to provide authoritative advice, expertise, information and support to facilitate public health action externally.
- Inspire a high performance culture amongst staff to meet Public Health Services (PHS) objectives and ensure Public Health Services (PHS) staff are motivated, empowered, skilled and flexible to deliver Public Health Services (PHS) new and existing priorities in programs and services.
