Your Role
Join IAG's People and Culture division as a Manager, People Operations. In this role, you will lead and enhance the performance of the trans-Tasman People Operations team, fostering a high-performance agile culture that embodies the IAG spirit.
You will be responsible for managing IAGs employee benefits programs and core HR activities including employment contracts, and background checks, and group mobility programs. Your responsibilities include the development, implementation, and management of operational excellence protocols across all aspects of the service delivery.
Leveraging your exceptional communication skills, you will actively engage with partner teams to identify opportunities for creating value within their business areas and for our People. Utilising data and insights, you will identify opportunities to enhance workflows within our tiered service delivery model, taking ownership of initiatives and delivering tangible benefits. Drawing on your expertise in large organisations, you will drive innovation and automation of processes, aiming for greater efficiency, productivity, and a simplified service offering. Located in Sydney this is a permanent position.
About You
- 5+ years experience leading an operations team, preferably with HR operations experience
- Proven experience in working in cross functional teams to delivery positive people experience and business value
- Proven understanding of process management and simplification
- Experience in managing and delivering continuous improvements and change initiatives
- Significant experience working in complex, regulated organisations in a service delivery role
- Significant experience working with stakeholders to deliver benefits in a tiered service delivery model
