Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources (GMHR) your role will be to lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners in the delivery of HR services, programs, tools, and strategies to meet employees’ needs across the full employee life cycle. Partnering with key leaders across the business your role will critically and creatively address complex problems and develop leadership capability and accountability in all areas of HR. This will include talent management, performance management, organisation development, change management and employee relations. Furthermore, you will have impact and influence in supporting the GMHR in evolving the maturity of the HR function and building practices that deliver a client centric approach that aligns to organisational goals.
This role requires an HR leader who can inspire, empower, and develop senior and entry level HR professionals to deliver effective partnering and value-add HR services across the business. You will be able to demonstrate experience in employee relations and integrated talent management strategies as well as problem solve business challenges and influence strategically. Your ability to develop effective working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business will also be essential to implement change strategies through building credibility, respect, and rapport. Additionally, you will be creative, resourceful, and pragmatic with a positive, solution focused attitude, embracing the opportunity for continual improvement.
